Attorney Ned Burt has taught Real Estate Law at Quinnipiac University since 1990. For the past twelve years he has taught Land Transfers and Real Estate Closings.
He has authored a book in 1995 on How to Perform Residential Real Estate Closings. This book has been used as a reference in his class.
Attorney Burt has also presented How to Do Real Estate Closings for the New Haven County Bar Association’s Lecture Series to its newly admitted attorneys. His book has been incorporated into the booklet handed out to the new attorneys
